When an individual makes a payment with ARRA, any future months the amount paid for ARRA is not displayed or as far as we can tell available in the Relational API.

This individual paid for July and August. The full two-month payment is seen but only the July ARRA is seen. Augusts' is not.

@PBAMis -- you're correct, in WebCOBRA future month premiums and subsidies are not created until they are posted on the 1st of the month.

How do we report this information? It has to be in the data somewhere.

Future premiums are created as they as posted; they don't "exist" in the data until then. The thinking is that future premiums are subject to change on an extreme basis, so WebCOBRA tells you 'the ExpectedPaidThrough date is xx/xx/xxxx"

That date is in the system in the QBgroupInformationCache table -- but specific benefit plan premium amounts are not.

Sorry for posting in wrong thread, just did not find how to create new one.
Is there a way to find disbursed premiums or premiums through WebService?
We tried to use example queries provided in WebAPI_Loader app (WebCOBRAQuerySystem class), but got back only ARRA Subsidy payments and no information on premiums.

The disbursment information is not provided in the WebAPI. You would need to use the relation API which is part of our Enterprise system.
