I am looking to use the "Carrier/Sponsor Notes" field in an ms access report and need to determine how to distinguish this "notes" field from the "Client/Employer Notes" field, etc...Is their a specific Module Type ID that is specific to the client/employer notes? Please advise

For the notes table, a ModuletypeID of 1 is for Client/Employers, 2 is for Sponsors and 11 is for QB’s.

The ModuleIdent field will be the ID that corresponds to an entry of that specific type, so for example, if a ModuleTypeID is 1, the ModuleIdent field will be the CompanyID.
