It appears that for every record uploaded via the XML webservice produces an error on the history tab in the web application. I believe this is due to not attaching a user to the records when the data is integrated. What user should be attached to the records inserted via the XML web service? Shouldn't it be the user credentials submitted as part of the XML document?

From what you are describing it appears there could be an issue with the XML Web Service. So if you could, please submit a case to our Support Department and they will be able to assist you in getting this issue escalated and resolved appropriately.
