For initial notices we use an Employee Import file that only captures and imports the employee's demographic information. Once they are termed from the company we are trying to import a CSV QB import file. WE have succesfully done that but the system adds them as a new record and does not change the prior record. How do you prevent duplicate entries of the same person?

When you saying there are duplicates are you referring to there being a QB record AND and an employee record in the system for that person? If that's the case, those are two distinct records and not duplicates actually. In WebCobra, when manually adding a QB in step 3 of the wizard you can tell it the QB you are adding is an existing employee and it will bring over that information to the QB record. But there is not a way to accomplish this same process through the System Integrator at this time, so if this is something you would like the system to do then I would suggest you fill out an Enhancement Request and send it in to us.
