Am I right or wrong to assume that the corresponding numbers will always be for the Tier Level description?
1 QB Only
2 QB and Spouse
3 QB and One Child
4 QB and Family
5 QB and two or more Children
6 Children Only

Or..am I completely off in what the error message means?

These descriptions will not always correspond to the numbers.
What error message are you receiving? Please post.

It appears that your User Define Keys are not set up properly. Please check your mappings. If you are unable to identify the issue please contact our support staff.
