The QB Event Code on my file is 9(Loss of Coverage). The date that the integrator is looking for, would that be put in the "Assignment End Date" field?

There is no field on any of the records that specifically says "Date PQB No Longer Covered"

The field you are looking for is Field 66

066: COBRA Coverage End Date For Event 9 (Custom Event) or Event 7 (Leave Of Absence)
