I need to know what the code is for non-cash payments - those that won't be disbursed by the disbursement module.

Unfortunately this information is not currently updateable through the integrator. If this is a field you would like to submit through the integrator for payments, please contact Travis Support to submit an enhancement request for it to be added to the system.
