Hi Team - When attempting to load teh QB Benefit Plan Assignments I received the following error:

"You Have No QB Benefits in the System"

I use the Web API weekly and this is the first time that I experienced this issue. Please advise, thanks.

I was looking over the open code for this project, an it's possible that if there are exactly 2,000 QB Benefit Assignments being returned in the last query, it may popup this message.

Could you check the Access database and see if it did load any entries into the QB_BenefitPlan table?

Hi - I did check the QB_BenefitPlan table and there was no data. I ended up redoing everything again and it worked. That being said, should I just continuet to monitor for now and post another message if the issue should resurface? Let me know, thanks.

Yep, I think that's the best course of action for now. It's likely that it was a communications error that presented itself as a lack of information (no records).
