Where do we send files that are bigger than 4 MB to be loaded by support?

You can open a case with the self-service portal, and the support rep will create an FTP box for you.

However, unless you can upload, diagnose, and fix the errors in the file yourself, you will most likely not have a good experience.

I highly recommend splitting the file into smaller chunks and upload them yourself.
